1. High voltage isolated input

The AI-8 series multi circuit temperature controller can support 4-8 inputs and can be divided into 4 groups of isolated inputs. The measurement channel uses a 3KV dedicated digital isolation chip and transformer for independent power supply. The isolation withstand voltage between groups can reach up to 250VDC, and is only limited by the PCB wire layout spacing, independent of isolation components. Isolating input in complex application environments can effectively avoid signal interference and improve system reliability.

2. Strong anti-interference and power protection capabilities

The anti-interference of the power supply group pulse has passed the 6KV test, and the anti-interference of the input group pulse has passed the 2KV test, exceeding the CE certification requirements for harsh industrial environment testing.

3. Reliable operation in high temperature environment

The sample testing has undergone long-term high-temperature reliability testing at -20~+110 ℃. The actual long-term working temperature can reach up to 100 ℃ without damage, and it can work reliably in complex environments for a long time.

4. Comprehensive power protection technology

The power input terminal not only has conventional lightning protection and surge protection functions, but also long-term misconnection of 380VAC power supply will not cause product damage, and has good protection function for instantaneous power outage under voltage in the power grid,

The starting voltage is as low as 50VAC, and the continuous working time of the power grid after instantaneous power outage is still more than 0.5 seconds.
